All Around Town Road Updates!

See latest status on all the road projects going on around town!

Hook Street – Construction is 25% complete, southernmost section of roadway and connection to Harmony Lane and Garth Lane are complete.

Expect completion by Spring 2026.

Carlisle Drive – 90% Design complete. Awaiting coordination from DCTA and DART railways for concurrence of design plans prior to finalizing for bidding and construction.

Tentative construction start for Fall/Winter 2025.

Point Vista Road – 90% Design complete. Awaiting USACE and Lewisville Lake Office application review of plans for concurrence of design prior to finalizing for bidding and construction.

Tentative construction start for Fall/Winter 2025.

Garth Lane and Harbor Lane – Construction is completed! Crews will still be in the area for cleanup, vegetation re-establishment, and some final touches.
