Arrowhead Park
Directions: Arrowhead Park is accessed from I-35E at exit 457a on the North East end of the bridge over Lewisville Lake and located at the South end of Kelton Avenue, Hickory Creek, Texas.
This park is open year round between 5 am and 10 pm each day. This natural day use park is leased from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and offers two Boat Launch Ramps with 6 launch lanes, two Restrooms, a Pavilion, 8 Picnic Tables, a courtesy dock, a large natural area, blue bird and Purple martin houses.
To reserve the pavilion call Town Hall (940) 497-2528 for an application. Reserve the pavilion for $20 and a $50 clean up deposit.
Harbor Lane Park
Directions: Located south of Swisher (FM 2181) go West on Turbeville Road turn south onto Harbor Lane and go through Harbor Lane Subdivision until you come to the Lake.
Harbor Lane Park is leased from the US Army Corps of Engineers and has a beautiful playground area with picnic tables and benches. This park is behind a subdivision and is located on the South end of Harbor Lane, Hickory Creek, Texas. This park has no boat ramp.
Point Vista Park
Direction: Location is on the West side of I-35E just south of Swisher (FM2181) go West on Turbeville Road from I-35E service road, turn south on Point Vista Road and Point Vista Boat Ramp is located at the South end of Point Vista Road.
This is a beautiful place to fish, bring a picnic lunch and it has a great Boat Ramp with lots of parking and a floating deck to unload passengers. This park is leased from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Tanglewood Community Park
This park is the only Town owned park in Hickory Creek is located at the corner of Tanglewood and Robins Nest inside of Lakewood Gardens Subdivision (off east Main Street), Hickory Creek, Texas. This park has a playground with swings, slides and picnic tables, benches and 1/2 Basketball Court.
