Permits

Police
The Hickory Creek Police Department currently consists of twelve full-time police officers. Members of the department are committed to providing the citizens and visitors of Hickory Creek professional and responsible police services. Municipal Court
The Hickory Creek Municipal Court is responsible for the adjudication of Class C misdemeanor and other state and town ordinance violations punishable by fine only. The Court conducts trials, collects fines, and issues warrants of arrest.

Code Enforcement
Code Enforcement responds to concerns from citizens that affect the quality of life within the city such as zoning, overgrown lots or yards, inoperative vehicles, maintenance of structures, illegal signs and public nuisances. Systematic inspections are also performed throughout the town to ensure properties are in compliance with town code.

Administration
Responsible for overall Town operations. Key staff members include Town Administrator, Director of Public Services, and Town Secretary.

Animal Services
Our Animal Shelter We strive to maintain a low-kill shelter.
