Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hickory Creek Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 2, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall Building located at 1075 Ronald Reagan Avenue, Hickory Creek, Texas to receive public input regarding the following:

A request by A.S. Gold to change the zoning designation from SF-2 (Single Family 2) & SF-3 (Single Family 3) to PD (Planned Development) on a 117.0413  acre tract of property per the survey in the corporate limits of the Town of Hickory Creek, Texas, said property is more particularly described as follows: A0915a Mep & Prr, Tr 31a, 111.741 Acres & A0915a Mep & Prr, Tr 31, 5.0 Acres, Old Dcad Tr #6 Hickory Creek, Denton County, TX.  This property is located at the Southwest corner of Turbeville & Harbor Lane.

The Hickory Creek Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on Tuesday November 8, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall Building to hear public opinion regarding a request from Randy King DBA King Bros. Boat Storage for a variance of Chapter 14 Section 4, Area Regulations, of the Town’s Code of Ordinances. The legal description of the property is A1075a Ramsey, Tr 22, 1.964 Acres, Old Dcad Tr #4a(1), A1075a Ramsey, Tr 23, 1.12 Acres, Old Dcad Tr #4b(3), A1075a Ramsey, Tr 24, 1.0 Acres, Old Dcad Tr #4b(2), and A1075a Ramsey, Tr 25, 1.0 Acres, Old Dcad Tr #4b(1)  Hickory Creek, Denton County, TX.
