This Board hears and decides appeals concerning non-conforming uses of property, structures, variations of height, building lines, parking regulations, relief from Town ordinances, and more. Concerns may arise from time to time in the development of land within the Town, or other change of a zoning regulation or boundary as defined in the Municipal Zoning Authority of the Texas Municipal Code. They may also rule on discontinuance of non-conforming uses of land or structures within the Town.
